Before listing a brand on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, or eBay, it is your responsibility to verify whether you are authorized to sell that brand. PrimeCart Wholesale does not accept returns related to brand restrictions.

How to Become an PrimeCart Wholesale Customer
Register your business details on our registration page.
Once your account is approved by our sales team, you can start placing orders online.
Do We Sell Products on Amazon?
No, we do not sell individual products on Amazon or any other e-commerce platform. We operate exclusively as a wholesale supplier and sell only to business members.
Minimum Order Requirement
The minimum order requirement is $1,000.
After placing your order, our sales team will contact you for confirmation and payment.
Shipping charges may apply.
Note: W.I.C., Tobacco, and Vape products are not included in the order minimums.
Shipping Policies
Do We Ship to Residential Addresses?
In some cases, yes. Please contact us for more details.
Do We Ship to Amazon Warehouses?
Yes, we do. However, customers must provide a Bill of Lading (BOL). We will supply shipment details, including pallet weights and case counts.
Important: We do not provide product lists or label individual boxes.
How Does Shipping Work?
Customers can arrange their own transportation or choose from our shipping options.
We partner with regional and national carriers to provide the best shipping rates.
For time-sensitive deliveries, please provide the exact required date in advance.
International customers must arrange their own transportation. While we load the container, we do not handle the transportation of exported goods.
Do We Ship Overseas?
We supply products to exporters but do not deliver outside the United States. Customers must receive their products within the U.S. and assume full responsibility for export compliance, including any required U.S. Government authorizations.
Lead Time for Shipments
Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment.
Do We Handle Backorders?
No. Customers must reorder out-of-stock items when they become available.
Returns & Claims
Return Policy

Customers may return items within 5 business days of receipt if they are not satisfied with their purchase.

Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs.

How Do We Handle Order & Shipping Mistakes?
If a shipping shortage occurs, PrimeCart Wholesale will issue a refund or credit toward future purchases for the missing merchandise.
How Do We Handle Damaged Items?
If products arrive damaged (crushed, opened, or missing cartons), you must note this on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
Reporting Claims
Claims for lost, damaged, or defective products must be reported within 2 business days of receipt.
